I have been really depressed recently and have not been properly getting back to my client’s need (professional, here). I have been so depressed I have thought (but not seriously acted out anything) of simply checking out of life - like, boom!. To my surprise a client/friend of mine, who is psychic, showed up unexpectedly at my office and asked to see me. The front desk told him he did not have an appointment, but he was insitent. I met with him. He said that he got this message that if I did not change course, I would end up dead. I am really stunned. I have been frozen in my lack of activity to improve or change my life. What should I do? This really seems to me like a “message,” to change my life. But, I don’t believe in that stuff and I haven’t talked to him in ages. [Link]

I came here with a dream, thinking it would be easy to achieve if I just went through the motions. Now everything has changed. Years have passed and even though I still want the same things, the authorities haven’t deemed me worthy. So I’m supposed to be flexible; I’m supposed to find a way to have justified making all the choices I’ve made over the past years, all the sacrifices, all the identifications for someone I can’t be anymore. and all of this time I could have been on the path to something different; something easier. I’m terrified of having to find something new to aspire to. I’m terrified that I won’t ever find something I’m good at. And I’m afraid of telling anyone how I feel. [Link]
